Hey team! Sorry I'm getting on so late... this week has been crazy.
Real quick... and perhaps I'll add a thing or two in the morning:
If I can get some help in the following area's...
-Someone needs to get a rough estimate for how many vehicles that we're going to have for traveling to and from Paradise Park.
- Please bring board games, Wii games, movies, etc
- Funds will be limited so it would be best for us to just drop the little extra expenses like glow sticks, etc.
- Zac would it be possible for you to put together power point templates for the text messaging challenge? Just write-ups utilizing various materials... some lengthy, some not so lenghty. It can be a random sentence, scripture, movie quote... whatever.
-Team let's try to be at SQM by the latest 7:30
Please remind me if we're missing anything... it would also be good if we put in a order for the pizza mid-day tomorrow and let them know what time we'll be needing it for. How much pizza will we be needing?
Please add stuff to this and acknowledge what your able to do on this list... it's late and I'm not sure if I included all of what I intended to include.

Lock-In information

I checked yesterday on the car situation and so far I have this:
-I will be driving my moms van which can take 6 kids.
-Jeremy Cochrane is also driving his van which probably takes at least 5 maybe 6 (if there is no car seat)
-Ryan is driving his car seperate so if we need to he can fit 4 other people in his car.
-Steve and Bonnie Austin volunteered but I have not gotten a hold of them yet. Part of me thinks they might just show up tomorrow. If not then...
So right there we have enough seats to take 15 or 16 people.
As of right now I cant think of anything...its early and I haven't gotten to work for my coffee yet.

I will call and see how much pizza is going to run us, and if its too much at Jets I may have to check around. Lets hope they have a deal! :)
I let Kathy Davis know that we needed some snacks like chips, candy and pop but I haven't heard back from her yet on what she is bringing. I have no problem going out to Meijer or something once we get in and see if we need anything.
We can drive my car as well which will only hold 3 maybe 4 kids without the car seat.
Zac is working all day so he can probably only work on the text messaging thing once we are in the building for the night. Since the challenge isn't until mid-night I'm sure he can work on it no problem real quick.
I would also be willing to get any extra food we need once we find out how much we have like when I get to the church.
